Refund policy

At Silent Path Arts, every artwork is produced individually for you in collaboration with WhiteWall, using museum‑grade materials and archival printing standards. We want you to feel completely confident when choosing art for your space, which is why we offer a 30‑day return window on all regular orders.


30‑Day Return Window

You may return your artwork within 30 days of delivery if:

  • it is a standard size (no custom dimensions)

  • it is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • it shows no signs of wear, handling, or mounting

Non‑Returnable Items

Because each artwork is produced on demand, the following items cannot be returned:

  • custom sizes or special orders

  • personalized or modified artworks

  • items showing wear, damage, or improper handling

  • items returned without original packaging

  • gift cards

These exclusions ensure that every customer receives a pristine, newly produced artwork.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot refund items lost or damaged during return transit.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non‑refundable

  • Refund processing times depend on your payment provider


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of:

  • the packaging

  • the artwork

  • the shipping label

We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. To request an exchange, please contact us through our Contact Form.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact us first. We will provide the correct return address and instructions.

Please do not send returns without prior approval.
