Order Processing

All products are made to order. Production times may vary depending on the print type, size, and fulfillment partner.

Typical production time: 2–7 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on the destination and carrier. Typical delivery estimates:

  • Europe: 3–10 business days

  • USA & Canada: 5–15 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–20 business days

These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery windows.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, product type, and size.

Large‑format prints may incur higher shipping fees due to packaging and carrier requirements.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.

We cannot influence or predict these fees.


Packaging

All prints are shipped in secure, protective packaging designed to prevent damage during transit. Large formats may be shipped in reinforced tubes or flat‑packed depending on the product.


Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to:

  • customs processing

  • carrier issues

  • weather conditions

  • high seasonal volume

These delays are outside our control.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We will assist in tracking the shipment and, if necessary, arrange a replacement.


Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • photos of the damage

  • photos of the packaging

We will replace the item at no additional cost.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
